Digital Marketing Sales Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Sales Operations Executive to support and optimize the sales process for our digital marketing services. You will be responsible for managing sales data, streamlining operations, coordinating between sales and marketing teams, and ensuring efficient execution of sales strategies related to offerings like Google Ads , PPC , and social media marketing . Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain sales data, pipelines, and reports using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Support the sales team by streamlining sales processes and providing operational insights. Coordinate between sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns and client onboarding. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review. Assist in forecasting sales targets and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Handle sales-related administrative tasks including contract processing, order management, and client communication support. Identify opportunities to improve sales operations and implement best practices.
