Job Description

The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Quintessentially services. Key responsibilities include designing and overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, preparing performance reports, coordinating with advertising experts, identifying industry trends, collaborating with the team on growth strategies, conducting keyword research, managing budgetary control, implementing new technologies, and developing comprehensive strategies for Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative. Additionally, the Manager will be involved in online display advertising, search engine marketing, social media marketing, SEO, managing luxury lifestyle networks, sourcing suppliers, identifying partners, executing marketing plans, overseeing member engagement communications, implementing engagement strategies, developing media and PR strategies, fostering relationships with key publications, pitching stories to media, and collaborating with the Marketing team on press stories and media activities. Key qualifications for this role include a background in luxury brand PR, 5-6 years of Media and Public Relations experience, strong relationships with luxury editors and writers, excellent communication skills, understanding of media needs, proactiveness, reliability, attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information, familiarity with social media platforms, self-motivation, creativity, experience in PR pitches and press release writing, and a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience. Additionally, 7-10 years of Marketing and Public Relations experience, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Merchant Center, and SEO strategies, and in-depth knowledge of search engines and PPC are required. Preferred qualifications include passion, self-motivation, strong work ethic, teamwork and leadership skills, experience in training and staff development, and a background in Luxury, Hospitality, or Aviation industries. The schedule includes day, fixed, and morning shifts with weekend availability and a yearly bonus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a total of 6 years of work experience is preferred.
