Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Manager with strong content writing and SEO skills to lead our online marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing digital campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate quality leads, and build strong digital presence for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and report performance with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.

Content Development & Management:

  • Write compelling, SEO-optimized content for website pages, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and social media.
  • Create engaging copy for property listings, project descriptions, and marketing collaterals.
  • Oversee video scripts, infographics, and other multimedia content creation.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building strategies.
  • Improve SERP rankings of project pages, blogs, and key service pages.
  • Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools for traffic and performance analysis.

Social Media & Community Building:

  • Manage social media calendars and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging and real estate-focused content to grow followers and engagement.
  • Interact with the online community and respond to queries/comments in a timely manner.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:

  • Run PPC and social media ad campaigns focused on project launches, events, and lead capture.
  • Optimize landing pages and CTAs for conversions.
  • Track lead quality and work with sales to ensure ROI from campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Proven content writing and copywriting skills, with a portfolio of published work.
  • Strong understanding of SEO (both on-page and off-page).
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and buyer behavior is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
