To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing. You should have a strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and email marketing, coupled with creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
