About The Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital presence and drive consistent, measurable growth. Your primary focus will be optimizing and managing the website, dominating organic search through aggressive SEO, running profitable paid campaigns (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta), and tying all digital channels into a single high-converting marketing engine.Key Responsibilities
- Own the company website end-to-end, including content updates, imagery, bug fixes, mobile optimization, page speed improvements, Core Web Vitals, and overall site performance.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (on-page, technical, local SEO, backlink building) to rank first-page for core keywords.
- Build, manage, and continuously optimize high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads (PPC + Local Services Ads) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and maintain a unified marketing ecosystem across website, Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn with consistent branding, messaging, and funnel flow.
- Publish and optimize provided video assets (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, website videos, ad creatives) with strong captions, hashtags, posting strategy, and performance scaling.
- Track, analyze, and report performance weekly/monthly using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools; quickly translate data into action.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, platform changes, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of proven, measurable results in SEO, website management, Google Ads (including Local Services Ads), and Meta advertising.
- Expert knowledge of mobile optimization, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and responsive design.
- Strong track record of acquiring quality backlinks and increasing domain authority.
- Hands-on mastery of GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs/SEMrush/Moz, and WordPress (or equivalent CMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into immediate execution.
- Experience publishing and optimizing short-form video content is a strong plus (production handled separately).
