Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager - SaaS at the company in Madurai, your primary responsibility is to plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns for the SaaS product Bautomate. You will oversee email marketing, social media, and display advertising. Moreover, you will be involved in designing, constructing, and maintaining the company's social media presence across various digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, evaluating them against predefined goals such as ROI and KPIs. - Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and performance based on the obtained data insights. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and enhance user experience. - Utilize strong analytical abilities to assess the end-to-end customer experience across different channels and touchpoints. - Manage CRM system integrations and data flow to uphold data quality and consistency. - Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive new customer acquisition and retention. - Monitor relationships with existing customers via CRM systems and ensure an efficient sales funnel. - Research and implement best practices in CRM, data flows, and data quality. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing. - Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Proficiency in CRM software and managing CRM data. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
