Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  
• Manage and optimize campaigns across all digital channels including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  
• Oversee performance marketing efforts through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and effective content for websites, blogs, social media, and email.
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  
• Manage and grow the companys online presence and brand awareness.
  
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates (CRO).
  
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing platforms to track ROI and KPIs.
  
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to improve campaign performance.
  
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Experience managing teams or working cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales departments.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  
• Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
  
• Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, WordPress).
