Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and

implement our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience

with e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and a proven track record of driving

performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple

platforms.

• Manage e-commerce presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Lead content marketing initiatives including blog strategy, creatives, and lead magnets.
• Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics,

and provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to optimize digital

performance.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Amazon & Flipkart seller platforms
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content

marketing

• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to lead campaigns independently and deliver results

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or related field
• Google Ads & Analytics Certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
