Digital Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Formulate and execute an integrated digital marketing roadmap across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
Lead social media marketing efforts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.), focusing on building community engagement, dealer/contractor/engineer/mason connect, and brand storytelling.
Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns aimed at brand awareness, dealer acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee website management, UX optimization, and digital analytics for performance tracking.
Conceptualize and roll out influencer tie-ups, regional content, and digital-first brand campaigns.
Build and scale dealer/contractor/mason/engineer engagement programs through apps, WhatsApp campaigns, and loyalty platforms.
Benchmark competitor digital presence and identify opportunities for innovation.
Align digital campaigns closely with sales and regional marketing requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
4-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance, social media strategy and execution.
Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRM, and analytics platforms.
Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills.
Exposure to digital marketing in building materials, FMCG, or consumer durables is a plus
