Job Description

Functional Experience:

  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO,On-page and Off-page optimization strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with

    HubSpot

    for managing campaigns, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of

    WordPress

    for content updates, curation, and basic scripting.
  • Ability to

    manage SEO targets

    , monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Basic content writing skills with attention to SEO-friendly formatting.
  • Understanding of

    domain management

    and website architecture.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining

    MIS reports

    for SEO and campaign performance.
  • Experience in

    project management

    , coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Technical Skills Requirements:

  • Technical SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research, link building)
  • HubSpot campaign management and automation
  • WordPress content management and basic scripting
  • Data analysis and reporting (MIS creation)
  • Domain knowledge and website architecture
  • Project management and coordination skills
  • Basic content writing and editing
  • Knowledge of Google Ads(basic)
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads(basic)

Educational Qualification:

  • Essential:

    Post graduation in Marketing/Computers/Information Technology
  • Preferred:

    MBA/Btech

Tools Knowledge:

  • HubSpot
  • Google Analytics (GA)
  • Google Data Studio or any other BI tool(basic is fine)
  • SEMRush
  • Screaming Frog
  • Google Lighthouse
  • Yoast SEO
  • Any other site audit and SEO tools
  • Wordpress CMS
  • Understanding of HTML & Ad formats
  • Experience in Ahref/ Buzzsumo, Yoast SEO & Screaming Frog

Skills Mandatory:

  • Preferred:

    B2B/B2C marketing, SEO On Page, Finding Backlinks, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads, Content marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, content strategy, CPM Deals, WordPress CMS(only editing), Knowledge of CSS & HTML. Knowledge of Ad units & creative specifications, Knowledge of PR Network sites(organic)
  • Good to Know

  • Content writing, Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
