Location : Chennai( Mylapore ) Job highlights • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing with proven skills in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing • Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and prepare performance reports Job description • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our digital campaign, SEO, SEM, Social Media, SMS, Whatsapp Marketing. • Deploy performance marketing, Campaigns to achieve quality lead generation targets for each project. • Should have the ability to engage with a digital marketing agency and also review their performance technically. • Plan and manage our social media platforms. • Plan and monitor campaign budgets • Daily monitoring of the leads and take action to reach the target. • Validate the billing for ad spent • Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance. • Coordinate with the presales/Sales team to improve marketing results. • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience. • Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. • Manage and update content on the website & develop new landing pages. • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns Recruitments : • Minimum 4 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising position. • Proven experience in Digital marketing methods like Digital campaigns in FB (Meta), SEM and Social Media Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing and Email Marketing. • In-depth knowledge of Website management, content creation and website analytics. • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and analytical abilities. • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing with reference to real estate field. • Good Knowledge on CRM system like Salesforces, Sell.do, Lead Square • Ability to do API integration/troubleshoot for leads from all sources, like Portals, WhatsApp, Website, CRM so on should be flexible to take on other responsibilities if required. • Good team management skills will be preferred.
