Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities Digital-First Focus Lead all digital marketing initiatives including performance ads, SEO, social media, website management, and analytics. 360 Marketing Ownership Handle ATL/BTL activities, PR, on-ground events, print collaterals, and branding for a comprehensive marketing approach. Campaign Execution Plan and run targeted paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and qualified leads. Website & SEO Management Ensure the website is optimized for traffic and conversions with strong SEO strategy and continuous improvements. Social Media Strategy – Build engagement and visibility with creative content calendars, reels, posts, and community interaction. Email & CRM Automation – Design effective email workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and CRM-based automation using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Analytics & Performance Tracking – Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, and provide reports to guide marketing decisions and optimize spend. Event & Activation Management – Lead planning and execution of offline brand activations, trade shows, and industry events. Brand Communication & PR – Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms and collaborate with media/influencers for coverage. Sales Support & Collateral Development – Create brochures, decks, videos, and presentations that empower the sales team and reinforce marketing objectives.
