Job location : Sector 28, Gurugram DLF Phase 1, Golf Course Road- ( Near to metro station)

Work mode: Hybrid, Sat-Sun as week off.

Salary : Open to negotiate

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing and branding strategies to grow the company’s presence.
• Guide and supervise the Social Media Executive for day-to-day content and engagement.
• Ensure our brand message is consistent across all platforms.
• Plan and manage campaigns, launches, events, and promotions.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to improve strategy.
• Review reports from agencies frequently and use insights for better decision-making.
• Maintaining strong relationships with external agencies for SEO, and paid Ad campaigns.
• Should have a keen eye on website trafficking and highlighting improvements or changes required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing / brand marketing.
• Good knowledge of branding, storytelling, and digital platforms.
• Experience in handling or leading a marketing/social media team.
• Ability to work with agencies and manage campaigns.
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
