Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer with 4+ years of experience to manage and optimize our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be proficient in SEO, Email Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, and Digital Trend Analysis, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and measure digital campaigns that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
  • Perform SEO optimization including keyword research, on-page/off-page SEO, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversions.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn marketing activities including content posting, lead generation, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and digital insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor and report performance of all digital campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing creatives and marketing materials.
  • Manage paid promotions (as needed) and ensure optimization for best ROI.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, including Google Tools and SEO software.
  • Proven experience in Email Marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Experience in LinkedIn marketing for branding and lead generation.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, content planning, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads
  • Basic graphic design or Canva skills
  • Experience with automation tools
