The Digital Marketing Manager oversees all digital marketing initiatives for Deejos, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with business goals. You will manage a team of specialists covering PPC, SEO, content strategy, social media, video production, and graphic design. Your strong background in digital marketing, leadership abilities, and track record of successful campaigns will be key to this role. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales. Setting clear objectives and KPIs for the team, monitoring industry trends, and staying ahead of the market are crucial aspects of this role. Managing a team of specialists, including PPC, SEO, content, social media, video production, and graphic design, will be part of your responsibility. Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, providing guidance, training, and fostering a collaborative work environment will be essential to ensure team performance. You will oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. Analyzing campaign performance data, making data-driven decisions, and managing the digital marketing budget efficiently are also part of your role. Regularly reviewing analytics and metrics, generating performance reports, and presenting findings to senior management will be crucial. Implementing A/B testing and continuously seeking new trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the digital presence and reach of Deejos are also key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing are a plus. With at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including 2 years in a managerial role, and a proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns, you should possess strong leadership, team management, and analytical skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and creative thinking skills, are essential for success in this role.
