Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager for a retail luxury company in Jaipur, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote and sell the brand's products. You will be managing various channels such as social media networks, Google Ads, website content, and email marketing to deliver a compelling marketing message to our target audience. Conducting market research, strategizing, and creating content for marketing campaigns will also be crucial to maximize their impact. To be successful in this role, the minimum professional qualification required is a Postgraduate or Masters degree in Media & Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or Fashion Media Communication, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Your duties will include designing, building, and enhancing the brand's social media presence, analyzing customer experience across multiple channels, and understanding consumer behavior on both national and international levels. Collaborating with agencies and vendor partners, planning and executing digital marketing activities such as SEO/SEM, marketing database management, email marketing, social media campaigns, and display advertising will be part of your routine tasks. You will also be responsible for generating accurate reports on the performance of marketing campaigns to showcase their effectiveness, measuring ROI, and optimizing strategies based on trends and insights. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field, possess demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Creativity, the ability to identify target audiences, and devise engaging digital campaigns are essential skills. Knowledge of website analytics and experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns will be advantageous. With 3 to 9 years of experience in digital marketing, the salary range for this position is between 5 Lac to 12 Lac per annum.
