Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in
various aspects of digital marketing while exploring the exciting world of Employer of Record
(EOR) services. You will work closely with our marketing team to support digital marketing
initiatives, create engaging content, execute campaigns, and analyze performance metrics.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about both digital marketing and the
global HR industry, making it ideal for candidates who are active, curious, and eager to
explore new domains.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and informative content for digital
marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website
content. Contribute creative ideas and concepts to enhance content quality and relevance.
2. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence across
various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Schedule and
publish posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media analytics.
3. Email Marketing: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting
email copy, designing templates, segmenting email lists, and analyzing campaign
performance. Assist in optimizing email campaigns for engagement and conversion.
4. SEO and SEM: Learn about search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine
marketing (SEM) principles and assist in keyword research, content optimization, and ad
campaign management. Monitor search engine rankings and analyze website traffic data.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key digital
marketing metrics and KPIs. Compile data from various sources, such as Google Analytics,
social media analytics, and email marketing platforms, to generate insights and
recommendations.
6. Research and Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive
landscape, and target audience preferences to inform digital marketing strategies and
campaigns. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing and
global HR.
7. Project Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including
organizing files, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with special
projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing,
Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with a desire to learn and explore new concepts and
strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Active and enthusiastic, with a proactive mindset and a willingness to take on new
challenges.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, such as social media
platforms, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital
marketing tools/software is a plus.
