We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead (Full-Time/Part time/Freelancer)

Your Responsibilities:
* Run Meta Ads (Instagram + Facebook) – Awareness to Conversion
* Daily posting & engagement on all social platforms
* Find & close influencer/collaborator deals
* Reply to all customer DMs/comments within 1 hour
* Track & improve ROAS every week
* Grow organic followers with reels & trends
* Basic SEO + Google Business updates
* Monthly campaign planning & reporting
Must have:
* 1+ years proven experience (fashion brand preferred)
* Can show past successful ad campaigns
* Good with Canva/CapCut for quick reels
