Job Summary: We are looking for a confident and persuasive Digital Marketing Inside Sales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with inbound and outbound leads, presenting digital marketing solutions, and closing deals. Your focus will be on selling services like Google Ads , PPC , branding , and social media marketing . You’ll also support clients post-sale to ensure a smooth transition and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions (excluding SEO if needed). Present and sell services such as Google Ads , PPC campaigns , social media ads , and branding . Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like HubSpot , Salesforce , or Zoho CRM . Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign strategies and client-specific proposals. Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain regular communication throughout the sales cycle. Support basic post-sales onboarding and client coordination. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in inside sales , digital marketing sales , or lead conversion Strong knowledge of Google Ads , PPC , paid media , and digital branding services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in handling discovery calls, demos, and closing conversations Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Strong organizational and follow-up skills Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and deadlines Preferred / Added Skills: Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Understanding of sales funnels and marketing automation Experience in B2B or SaaS product marketing/sales Ability to write basic proposals and coordinate with internal teams Google Ads certification or equivalent is a plus What We Offer: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives Professional growth in digital marketing and B2B sales Work with an innovative and energetic team Real impact on client success and company growth Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
