Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a multi-skilled Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist who can plan and execute digital marketing campaigns while also creating visually compelling designs and video content. This is a hybrid role for someone who is both creative and data-driven, with the ability to manage online campaigns and produce engaging visuals for social media, ads, websites, and more.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and rankings.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendars and engagement.
  • Run and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Research trends, audiences, and competitors to enhance digital strategy.

Graphic Design & Video Editing:

  • Design creatives for social media, ads, brochures, banners, websites, presentations, etc.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, reels, animated graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Ensure visual content is brand-consistent and optimized for each platform.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute marketing visuals.
  • Manage creative assets and maintain design quality across all outputs.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in tools like:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Email Marketing platforms
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva/Figma
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, customer journey, and visual storytelling.
  • Strong creative skills with attention to detail and design principles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Up-to-date with current trends in digital marketing and design.
