Digital Marketing Faculty (Part-Time / Ratio-Based)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty to join us on a ratio-based (revenue sharing) model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering practical, job-ready digital marketing training to students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive classroom/online sessions in Digital Marketing.
• Teach key modules like SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
• Use real-time examples and tools for hands-on learning.
• Track student progress and provide guidance.
• Help maintain and update training materials.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of core digital marketing concepts and tools.
• Minimum 1 year of industry or teaching experience preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and student-focused.

Payment & Work Model:

• Ratio-Based: Compensation will be based on student enrollments.
