Motion Graphics Faculty

We are inviting applications for the position of Motion Graphics Faculty on a Ratio-Based (Revenue Sharing) model. We’re looking for someone passionate about visual storytelling and animation who can effectively teach students the art and technology behind motion design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality classroom or online training in motion graphics.
• Teach industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic 2D animation techniques.
• Guide students in developing creative projects and portfolios.
• Create or update course content, assignments, and reference materials.
• Offer support and mentorship to students during their learning journey.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong design fundamentals, animation knowledge, and visual storytelling skills.
• Teaching or training experience preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and a student-first attitude.

Payment & Work Structure:

• Ratio-Based Pay: You’ll be paid a percentage of revenue generated per student.
• Flexible Timings: Ideal for professionals, freelancers, or part-time educators.
