Job Summary:

BEAT Educations is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty to join our academic team in Perinthalmanna. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in digital marketing and a strong desire to train and mentor students. This role involves delivering structured classroom training, hands-on tool-based sessions, and real-world project guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and practical sessions on all core digital marketing modules
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and evaluation materials
• Teach tools and platforms like Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, email marketing, and analytics
• Mentor students on live projects, internships, and job readiness
• Stay updated with digital trends and integrate them into the curriculum
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and assessments as needed
• Track student performance and provide regular feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing with a successful project portfolio
• Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, content marketing, analytics, etc.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.

Preferred:

• Google or Meta Certifications
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Local candidates from Malappuram district preferred
