Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our comprehensive digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical leader responsible for driving brand awareness, generating leads, and maximizing ROI across all digital channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a passion for data-driven results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage a robust digital marketing strategy that aligns with overall business goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead all paid marketing efforts, including PPC, paid social, and display advertising. Manage and optimize campaigns to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SEO & Content: Oversee all SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Work with the content team to ensure all content is optimized and aligned with marketing goals.
  • Email Marketing: Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, from list segmentation to creative and performance analysis.
  • Social Media: Develop and execute the social media strategy to grow our brand's presence, engage the community, and drive traffic.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Provide regular, actionable reports to the leadership team.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to the most impactful channels and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
