Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Plan, create, and run paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
• Monitor daily ad performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Social Media Management

• Create and manage engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and grow followers organically.
• Handle social media responses, comments, and basic customer queries.

Content & Creative Coordination

• Develop creative ideas for reels, posts, and ad creatives.
• Coordinate with the graphic team/video editors for content creation.
• Write captions, ad copies, and basic SEO-friendly content.

SEO & Website Management

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
• Coordinate with developers for website updates and improvements.
• Track website analytics using Google Analytics / Search Console.

Required Skills

• knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Basic understanding of SEO (on-page & off-page)
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, basic editing tools, and social media trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in lead generation campaigns

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
