Role Overview

Digital Marketing Expert

full-stack digital marketer

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & WordPress Management

    Optimize performance, landing pages, and lead conversion.
  • SEO & Content Strategy

    – Build organic presence via keyword research, on-page & off-page SEO, and content optimization.
  • Paid Ads & Demand Generation

    – Run ROI-driven Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns, including ABM and remarketing.
  • Marketing Automation & CRM

    – Use HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce for nurturing, drip campaigns, and funnel optimization.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

    – A/B test ads, landing pages, CTAs for higher conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    – Track KPIs via GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and CRM dashboards.
  • Content & Thought Leadership

    – Collaborate on blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and event promotion.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years in

    Digital Marketing for B2B SaaS

    (cybersecurity/security preferred).
  • Expertise in

    WordPress, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    lead generation, demand gen, ABM & CRM tools

    .
  • Proven experience in

    CRO, analytics, and ROI-driven execution

    .
  • Excellent

    copywriting & messaging skills

    tailored to enterprise buyers.
  • Familiarity with

    compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)

    a plus.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Design skills (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  • Video marketing & webinar promotion experience.
  • Event marketing (cybersecurity conferences/webinars).
  • Affiliate/partner marketing exposure.
  • Strong

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

The candidate will be evaluated on measurable outcomes, including:

  • Website Traffic & SEO

    :
    • Increase organic traffic by

      30–40% within 6–9 months

    • Rank for at least

      10–15 high-intent security/SaaS keywords

  • Lead Generation & Ads

    :
    • Deliver

      25–40 qualified B2B leads per month

      via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and social campaigns.
    • Maintain

      Cost Per Lead (CPL) within target range

      (to be defined by budget).
    • Achieve

      3–5% average CTR

      on paid campaigns.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization
