Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

We are a rapidly growing service based business supporting international clients in multiple domains, including marketing, admin support, content production, and business operations. We are focused on measurable performance and scalable digital growth. We are looking for someone who understands digital marketing beyond posting on social media.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media platforms including planning, posting, analytics
• Run paid campaigns on Meta and Google
• Improve website traffic using SEO best practices
• Create content ideas and manage execution
• Set weekly KPIs and track performance
• Email marketing using Mailchimp or similar tools
• Analyse competitors and trends
• Prepare weekly marketing performance reports

Must Have Skills:

• Meta Ads and Google Ads hands on experience
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research
• Social media growth strategy
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Good English writing skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and execute independently
• This role is not for someone who only designs posts. We need measurable marketing output.

Preferred but not mandatory:

• LinkedIn marketing
• Automation and CRM tools
• Previous experience in marketing agencies

Experience Required:
1 to 3 years. Freshers who only did a digital marketing course and have zero real results should not apply.

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Salary: Competitive based on skills and actual performance. If someone expects senior salary without proven results, this is not the right fit.
