Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Own the full funnel: ad creatives landing pages conversions
  • Improve CRO through testing, insights, and continuous optimization
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to build high-converting pages
  • Track and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
  • Analyze campaign performance and convert insights into action
  • Test audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging regularly

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Practical understanding of CRO and landing page optimization
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort in performance reporting
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

Good to Have

  • Agency or startup experience
  • Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Webflow, or WordPress
  • Basic copywriting or creative strategy exposure
