Digital Marketing Executive

About Us:

Vama Academy is a premier institute for Music, Dance and Performing Arts, located at multiple places in Bangalore dedicated to nurturing talent across all age groups. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, willing to learn, and eager to take ownership of graphic design, video editing, and digital marketing. If you are passionate about content creation and marketing, this role is perfect for you.

Work Timings: Mon - Fri (3-9pm), Sat & Sun (10-7pm) & Monday Holiday, May required to travel to different locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design – Create visually appealing designs for billboards, banners, posters, and digital ads.
• Video Editing – Record and edit reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Social Media Management – Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Google My Business (GMB) Management – Regularly update GMB listings, respond to reviews, and optimize for local search.
• SEO and Website Updates – Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus but not required.
• Ad Campaigns – Create and manage paid ad campaigns on Google and social media platforms.
• WhatsApp Marketing – Design and execute campaigns to promote events, classes, and student achievements.
• Analytics and Reporting – Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Education – A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Graphic Design is preferred, but candidates with relevant skills and creativity are welcome.
• Design Software – Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Video Editing – Hands-on experience with CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Google My Business – Good understanding of GMB management and local SEO.
• Social Media and Marketing – Knowledge of social media trends, paid advertising, and digital marketing strategies.
• Adaptability – Willingness to learn, adapt, and experiment with new ideas.
• Passion for the Arts – Interest in music, dance, or performing arts is a plus.
