Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads,

Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms.

• Manage and grow social media channels with engaging and brand-aligned

content.

• Perform SEO activities including keyword research, on-page optimization,

backlink building, and performance tracking.

• Create and manage content for website, blogs, email marketing, and social

media.

• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads

Manager, and other reporting tools.

• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives, landing pages, and

marketing assets.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best

practices.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports and share insights with

the team.

• Manage website updates and collaborate with development teams when

needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and Analytics.

• Hands-on experience with tools such as:

Google Analytics

Google Ads Manager

Meta Ads Manager

Canva / Photoshop (basic)

SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest – any)

• Excellent understanding of social media trends and content engagement.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue).

• Basic video editing skills.

• Experience in managing WordPress websites.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
