Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our digital and performance marketing efforts across paid, organic, and CRM channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running multi-channel campaigns for travel- related services such as flights, hotels, and holiday packages. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing ROI, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and more-Manage paid ads for flights, hotels, and holiday packages-Track performance and optimize campaigns for ROI -Lead SEO efforts to boost organic traffic-Oversee email, WhatsApp, and CRM marketing for lead nurturing-Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams-Stay updated on travel trends and marketing innovations

Key Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred) 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce sector  Proven track record of managing performance-based campaigns with strong ROI Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and CRM platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication, project management, and leadership abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,854.50 - ₹40,558.61 per month
