Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The role requires someone who understands QSR industry dynamics and can effectively promote our brand across digital channels, drive online orders, increase footfall, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Manage campaigns to increase brand awareness, follower base, and customer engagement.
• Respond to customer queries, feedback, and reviews on digital platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms.

2. Performance Marketing

• Execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) to drive conversions and ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimize for better results.

3. Content & Branding

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Work with creative teams to develop eye-catching graphics, videos, and promotional content tailored to the QSR audience.

4. Online Reputation & CRM

• Manage customer reviews on Zomato, Swiggy, Google, and other platforms.
• Run SMS, email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.

5. Website & Online Ordering

• Assist in maintaining the company website and online ordering platforms.
• Optimize digital menus, offers, and loyalty programs to boost sales.

6. Analytics & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report KPIs including reach, engagement, lead generation, and sales conversions.
• Suggest new trends, tools, and strategies for digital growth

7. Ad-hoc Marketing Activities

• Assist in cross-department initiatives like new store launches, festive promotions, and collaborations.
• Handle any additional marketing requirements assigned by management.
• Support on-ground activations, photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and event promotions as needed.

Skills & Qualities Required:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 24 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in QSR, F&B, or retail).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
• Creative mindset with good design sense and ability to work with content creators.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to new menu creation and process trials
• Basic communication skills and discipline in documentation and record keeping

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zomato & Swiggy marketing dashboards.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and customer engagement tools.
• Good knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing and other tools
