What You'll Be Doing:

• Content Strategy & Creation:
• Plan, create, and manage a monthly content calendar for our social media channels: Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Design engaging visuals, write compelling copy, and produce video content that resonates with our target audience (students, job seekers, and IT professionals).
• Social Media Management:
• Post and schedule content daily to ensure a consistent and active online presence.
• Actively monitor comments, messages, and mentions to build a strong, engaged online community and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze key metrics such as reach, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation using tools like Facebook Analytics and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• SEO & Website Content:
• Implement basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices for our website and blog content.
• Perform keyword research to help develop content topics that drive organic traffic and visibility.
• Paid Campaigns:
• Assist in the planning and execution of targeted paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase course enrollments and brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest adjustments to improve ROI.
• Market Research:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

What We're Looking For:

• Freshers with an interest in managing business social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research.
• Strong graphic design skills (proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
• Knowledge of the software training or education industry is a bonus!
