Role Overview

We’re seeking a Data Scientist who can both teach and build.
You will train students on our comprehensive Data Science and AI syllabus and work on in-house live projects.

• Work Pattern: Primarily at our Kochi office; 1–2 days per week on-site at partner colleges for classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Faculty Training
• Deliver lectures, labs, and projects on our full stack: Advanced Python, Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Power BI, Tableau), Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning (CNN, RNN, GANs), Computer Vision, AI, and Prompt Engineering.
• Conduct assessments, mentor student projects, and update course materials.
• Development Work
• Contribute to internal AI/ML projects and client solutions.
• Build reusable code, models, and demo applications.
• Collaboration & Travel
• Coordinate with academic teams and college partners.
• Travel to partner colleges in Kerala once or twice a week for on-site training.

Required Skills:

• Core Programming: Python (Advanced, OOP, Tkinter, File Handling)
• Data Science: NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI, Tableau
• Statistics & EDA: Probability, Hypothesis Testing, Regression
• Machine Learning: Linear/Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, SVM, Random Forest, K-Means, Ensemble Methods, Feature Engineering, Model Deployment
• Deep Learning: TensorFlow, Keras, CNN, RNN/LSTM/GRU, GANs, Autoencoders
• AI & Computer Vision: OpenCV, YOLO, Object Detection, NLP, Reinforcement Learning
• Prompt Engineering & Generative AI basics
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally for college sessions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate-training experience is an advantage.
• Industry project experience in Data Science or AI preferred.
