As a Digital Marketing Executive (SEO & Paid Ads), you will play a critical role in shaping and executing high-impact marketing strategies for our clients across India, the UK, and the US. Your responsibilities will include optimizing organic visibility, scaling paid campaigns, and helping businesses reach, engage, and convert their ideal customers. In this role, you will: - Plan, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). - Execute both on-page and off-page SEO to improve keyword rankings and drive organic traffic. - Uncover valuable insights through keyword and competitor research to inform content and campaign strategy. - Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide clear performance reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards. - Collaborate with the design team to craft effective ad visuals and conversion-optimized landing pages. - Identify gaps and opportunities, test new tactics, and continuously improve ROI through A/B testing and data analysis. - Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to keep clients ahead of the curve. You are a great fit if you have: - 1-3 years of hands-on experience in both SEO and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). - Confidence in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. - Comfort in managing budgets, tracking performance, and optimizing for conversions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across design, content, and development. - Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement approach. - Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
