Job Description

Department: Marketing
Industry: Modular Office Furniture Manufacturing
Experience Required: 2 to 4 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field (Certification in Digital Marketing preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and product highlights.
  • Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and increase community engagement.

2. Content Creation & Campaigns:

  • Develop creative content (text, graphics, and videos) for digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the design and sales team to align content with branding and marketing goals.
  • Run paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

3. Website & SEO Management:

  • Update and maintain website content including product pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.

4. Lead Generation & Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital lead generation strategies through targeted campaigns.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns.
  • Track leads and coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-up.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and report performance of digital campaigns and website traffic.
  • Use insights to optimize strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain monthly reports on ROI and KPIs of digital efforts.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM), SEO, and Google Ads
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and content planning tools
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret digital data effectively

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in handling digital marketing for manufacturing, furniture, or B2B industries is a plus
  • Understanding of branding and visual aesthetics related to interiors, workspace design, or architecture will be an added advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,314.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
