Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Client Engagement

Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals, business challenges, and target audiences.
Present strategies, campaign plans, and performance reports to clients.
Manage client expectations, timelines, and feedback loops.
Build long-term relationships and trust through consistent communication and results.

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Implement SEO & SEM strategies to boost organic rankings and site performance.
Manage email campaigns and automation workflows (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Develop and support content marketing strategies (blogs, social media, ads).

Social Media Marketing

Manage brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter/X.
Plan, schedule, and optimize paid + organic content strategies.
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, measure, and report KPIs (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI, engagement).
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. for performance insights.
Create and present client-ready reports and dashboards with clear recommendations.

AI & Automation

Leverage AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva AI, HubSpot AI, MidJourney) for content creation, ad copy, and optimization.
Automate workflows such as audience targeting, segmentation, and reporting.
Stay updated with emerging AI technologies in marketing.

Collaboration

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and account managers to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals.
Participate in brainstorming and pitch meetings for new projects.
