Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong creative bent to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving campaign execution, implementation, and coordination across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute social media campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn

● Coordinate and manage email marketing initiatives

● Brainstorm and come up with engaging content ideas

● Create engaging campaigns, captions, and posts

● Post and monitor content to ensure the brand message remains consistent in tone and terminology

● Work closely with design and content teams to develop engaging creatives and copy

● Support ongoing SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and off-page activities.

● Assist in day-to-day marketing operations and implementation work

● Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimisations

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

● Passion for social media and proficiency with LinkedIn and social media management tools

● Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills

● Proficiency with video and photo editing apps like Inshot, Canva, etc.

● Ability to understand trends in digital content, SEO, and social media

● Good understanding of SEO best practices and ability to support SEO-driven projects

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Good time management with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure

● Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
