Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager at My Digital Agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will leverage your 4 - 6 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC ads, and analytics to drive online visibility, increase traffic, and maximize ROI for our clients. This role requires a high level of independence, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• SEO and SEM: Manage on-page and off-page SEO optimization, keyword research, and PPC campaigns to improve organic search rankings and paid search performance.
• PPC Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI and achieve client KPIs.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) to track and analyze website performance, user behavior, and campaign effectiveness. Provide regular reports and insights to clients.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Social Media Management: Oversee social media marketing efforts, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their digital marketing objectives are met.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve the best results.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and analytics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
