Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other performance channels. Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and ensure maximum ROI through data-driven strategies. Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to improve ad performance. Coordinate with content, creative, and development teams to align campaigns with landing pages, creatives, and brand messaging. Track key metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and prepare performance reports with actionable insights. Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and new tools to ensure cutting-edge strategy implementation. Support SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing initiatives as needed. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and keyword research platforms. Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of performance marketing KPIs. Basic knowledge of SEO, landing page optimization, and funnel strategies is a plus. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
