Meghayu Pharma is a fast-growing Ayurvedic pharmaceutical company committed to delivering premium, affordable, and effective healthcare solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and help us scale our online presence and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Increase engagement and followers through organic and paid strategies.
• Paid Advertising:
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
• Monitor ROI and adjust strategies for better performance.
• Content Marketing:
• Coordinate with the design team to create engaging graphics, videos, and ad creatives.
• Write SEO-friendly captions, blogs, and product descriptions.
• SEO & Website Management:
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Manage and update website content for better ranking and user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• E-commerce Marketing:
• Manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Optimize product pages for visibility and conversions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with strong knowledge can apply).
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, and basic video editing (preferred).
• Creative thinking and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
