Digital Marketing Executive

This is a perfect role for someone who loves combining creativity with data, understands marketing funnels, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Youll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that campaigns align with business goals, generate quality leads, and deliver a strong return on investment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across

    Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    LinkedIn Ads

    TikTok Ads

    . • Develop and manage paid media strategies focused on

    lead generation

    ,

    brand awareness

    , and

    conversion optimization

    . • Conduct in-depth

    audience and keyword research

    to define high-performing targeting strategies for local and global campaigns. • Create compelling ad copies, engaging creatives, and A/B test variations to improve click-through and conversion rates. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    ,

    Google Tag Manager

    , and

    Meta Pixel

    , ensuring accurate conversion tracking. • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as

    CPL, CTR, ROAS

    , and

    Conversion Rate

    . • Collaborate with the

    SEO, content, and design teams

    to align paid marketing strategies with overall brand goals. • Suggest and implement

    landing page optimizations

    and funnel improvements to enhance campaign performance. • Prepare detailed

    weekly and monthly performance reports

    , providing insights and data-driven recommendations for continuous growth. • Stay updated with the latest

    digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and algorithm changes

    to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum

    3 years of experience

    managing

    Google Ads and Meta Ads

    campaigns. • Proven track record in

    lead generation

    and performance-based marketing with measurable ROI. • Strong understanding of

    Google Ads Editor

    ,

    Meta Ads Manager

    ,

    LinkedIn Campaign Manager

    , and

    TikTok Ads Manager

    . • Proficiency in

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    ,

    Tag Manager

    , and

    conversion tracking setup

    . • Experience in managing

    B2B and international market

    campaigns. • Excellent

    copywriting, analytical, and A/B testing

    skills. • Ability to manage

    ad budgets efficiently

    and scale high-performing campaigns. • Understanding of

    marketing funnels

    landing pages

    , and

    conversion rate optimization (CRO)

    strategies.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.

    o Experience running

    YouTube Ads

    campaigns. o Basic

    graphic design skills

    (Canva, Figma, or similar tools) for ad creative development. o Knowledge of

    email automation
