Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated

Digital Marketing Executive

to join our marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about building brand presence across digital platforms, creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and gaining hands-on experience through real-world marketing initiatives.

What you will do

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content such as posts, reels, shorts, and advertising creatives.

  • Execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Track campaign performance, prepare weekly performance reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.

  • Support SEO activities including basic keyword research, content planning, and on-page optimization.

Graphic Designing

  • Design high-quality visual assets including posters, social media carousels, banners, infographics, thumbnails, and other branding materials.

  • Ensure all creative outputs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver visually impactful designs.

  • Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator efficiently.

Video Editing

  • Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content including reels, shorts, promotional videos, and product or app demos.

  • Enhance videos with captions, transitions, sound effects, and stock footage where required.

  • Optimize video content for different platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

The Skills you bring

  • Proven hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and/or After Effects).

  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, hashtags, and content best practices.

  • High level of creativity with the ability to deliver quality work quickly and consistently.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
