Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Franchise Launch Support

• Plan and execute virtual launch campaigns for new franchisees.
• Prepare launch kits, creatives, and social media templates.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, tech teams, and sales for launch preparations.

• Event Planning & Execution

• Organize regular online engagement events (webinars, parent interactions, tutor sessions).
• Maintain an event calendar and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure branding consistency and quality across franchise units.

• Lead Generation & Marketing

• Develop local marketing plans for each franchise in collaboration with the marketing head.
• Assist franchisees in running digital ads (Meta/Google), boosting posts, and monitoring performance.
• Guide on effective offline and online campaigns for lead generation.

• Creative & Communication Coordination

• Ensure timely delivery of flyers, posters, videos, and event invites aligned with franchise goals.
• Act as a communication bridge between franchisees and creative/marketing teams.
• Track deliverables and maintain a request and usage log.

• Social Media Management

• Assist franchisees with managing their official social media pages.
• Post regular updates, student highlights, testimonials, and special offers.
• Recommend content plans and growth strategies for franchise pages.

• Reporting & Feedback

• Maintain weekly reports on event outcomes, lead conversions, and marketing reach.
• Collect feedback from franchisees post-events or campaigns for continuous improvement.
