Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing strategies that boost traffic, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about online marketing, stay updated with the latest trends, and be confident in handling SEO, paid campaigns, and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website structure and content to improve search visibility and rankings.
• Monitor SEO performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Develop compelling ad creatives and test performance-driven variations.
• Track campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize for better ROI.

Social Media Marketing

• Create engaging content for social media channels and manage day-to-day posting.
• Run targeted social media ad campaigns and monitor performance.
• Stay up-to-date with platform trends, updates, and best practices.

Content & Creative Collaboration

• Work with the content team to develop impactful blogs, social posts, email campaigns, and marketing creatives.
• Assist in producing marketing materials including graphics, banners, and short videos.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other reporting tools.
• Generate performance reports and suggest data-backed improvements for ongoing campaigns.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
