Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning & Execution (Start to Finish):

    Plan, create, and launch digital marketing campaigns from the ground upconcept, strategy, asset development, and deployment.
  • Social Media Management:

    Manage and grow brand presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Content Creation Coordination:

    Work with designers and content creators to develop posts, emailers, blogs, product videos, and creatives for online use.
  • SEO & Website Optimization:

    Handle on-page and off-page SEO; update website content and ensure ranking improvements on search engines.
  • Email Marketing:

    Design and execute email marketing campaigns for promotions, product news, and B2B communication.
  • Paid Advertising:

    Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc., and provide actionable insights.
  • Market & Trend Research:

    Stay updated with the latest digital trends and competitor activities to refine digital strategy.
  • Product Launch Support:

    Manage digital activities related to product launches, including teaser campaigns, awareness content, and follow-up engagement.

Industry:

  • FMCG:

    Health & Wellness, Personal Care, Packaged Goods.
  • Pharmaceuticals:

    Prescription, OTC, Nutraceuticals.

Software Skills:

  • Ability to handle marketing activities

    from initial planning to execution

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Basic understanding of target audiences in Pharma and FMCG sectors
  • Creative thinking and results-driven approach
  • Project ownership and ability to multitask
