We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic PPC & SEO Expert to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will assist in creating, managing, and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as contribute to our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts. This includes keyword research, on-page and technical optimization, link-building support, and performance tracking. Youll be trained by experienced professionals with a clear growth path to becoming an independent PPC & SEO strategist
This role reports to the Team Manager.

The job roles and responsibilities are,

PPC:
    \u27A4 Assist in setting up and managing PPC campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
    \u27A4 Manage and support multiple client campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and performance tracking
    \u27A4 Conduct keyword research, competitor bench marking, and audience targeting for paid campaigns.
    \u27A4 Write compelling ad copy and help with A/B testing
    \u27A4 Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
    \u27A4 Track conversions and optimize campaigns for KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, and CPA.
    \u27A4 Prepare performance reports and dashboards for internal teams or clients.

    SEO:
      \u27A4 Conduct keyword research for organic search growth using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
      \u27A4 Assist with on-page SEO: optimising meta titles, meta descriptions, header tags, and internal linking.
      \u27A4 Support technical SEO tasks such as site speed improvements, sitemap submissions, and fixing crawl errors
      \u27A4 Help with content optimization for blogs, landing pages, and product/service pages to improve search rankings
      \u27A4 Monitor and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and SEO KPIs.
      \u27A4 Support link-building outreach campaigns and off-page SEO initiatives
      \u27A4 Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
      Requirements
      Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years

      The candidate should have the below skill sets,
        \u27A4 Basic to intermediate understanding of both PPC and SEO concepts.
        \u27A4 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
        \u27A4 Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
        \u27A4 Knowledge of digital marketing metrics like CTR, CPC, Quality Score, organic CTR, and domain authority
        \u27A4 Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
        \u27A4 Ability to support tracking, UTM tagging, and conversion setup
        \u27A4 Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
        \u27A4 Strong written communication skills for ad copy and SEO content suggestions
