Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Capture and edit photos and videos of ongoing events, farm activities, and real estate updates using a phone or camera.
• Plan and execute a simple yet consistent content calendar for both brands.
• Create engaging social media posts, reels, and stories to grow audience engagement.
• Manage and monitor brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated with current social media trends and integrate them into content strategy.

2. Digital Marketing

• Maintain and update company websites, improve SEO, and manage online listings on real estate and event portals.
• Execute digital campaigns, newsletters, and online outreach initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and manage CRM data efficiently.

3. Workshop & Event Promotion

• Promote farm workshops and events through creative content, digital campaigns, and flyers.
• Coordinate with the team for registrations, bookings, and participant communication.
• Manage event listings on social media and ticketing platforms.

4. Private Bookings & Guest Relations (Ecoville)

• Handle guest inquiries, manage leads, and coordinate with vendors for event bookings.
• Prepare agreements, secure payments, and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Welcome guests, ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and provide experience insights.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Strong photography and videography skills (especially mobile-based).
• Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, analytics, and email marketing platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable working across both corporate and outdoor farm environments.
