Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing and SEO. You’ll be responsible for executing strategies that drive measurable results across paid campaigns and organic search, working closely with our content, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Monitor key KPIs such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Track budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal linking structures.
• Monitor search rankings and organic traffic performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven expertise in performance marketing and SEO.
• Experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Google Tag Manager, and WordPress is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Nice to Have:

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM tools, or marketing automation.
• Prior experience working in a startup or fast-paced digital agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,441.91 - ₹29,915.50 per month
