Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving measurable results through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for maximum performance (CTR, CPC, ROI, and conversions).
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and business goals.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messaging.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Communicate campaign insights and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders or clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, especially in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or other digital channels is a bonus.
